Studio
The studio house of approx. 40 sqm is a stand-alone building, extends on two levels.
The lower level has a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining/working table.
On the upper level you find the bed (140 x 200) with a stunning view of the sunrise above the Monchique mountains.
It has a separate entrance and is surrounded by spacious terraces, overviewing the Seixe valley up to the Monchique mountains.
Around the house, hammocks, chairs and loungers invite you to linger and relax.

Main house
The main house of 80 sqm offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with wood oven, a comfortable bedroom with King-size bed (180 x 200) and a spacious bathroom.
On one side, it opens up to an outdoor kitchen, on the other to a huge terrace with several seating and resting places, a terraced garden with fruit trees, plants, flowers and seasonal herbs.
It is an unique, calm and very comfortable place to live throughout the year.

Good to know
Because of partly steep and uneven terrain Casa Makata is recommended for kids above 6 years
Due to the nature of the terrain and the access via old natural stone steps, the houses are only partially suitable for people with limited mobility.
